Fixed feature keys provide one-touch access to essential functions including phone, messages, contacts, history, headset, speaker, and mute.
Expand functionality with up to three BM12 or SBM24 button modules for users requiring additional line appearances or programmable feature keys. The Global version uses icon-based button labels instead of English text, making it ideal for international deployments and multilingual environments. Compatible with Avaya Communication Manager 3.1.4+ (H.323) and Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.0+ (SIP), as well as IP Office 7.0+.
