Poly offers Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) cables for many phone models (Avaya, Cisco, Poly & more). This allows you to answer / end calls at the touch of your headset button. If an EHS cable isn't available for your phone model, the Poly HL10 handset lifter will allow you this same functionality.
